Removing a domain controller server manually. Log in to dc server as domain enterprise administrator and navigate to server manager tools active directory users and computers. Type quit and press enter until you return to the command prompt to remove the failed server object from the sites. Furthermore if this is the last dc to be removed from the domain this eliminates the whole domain environment.
Windows server 2003 ad might display a new type of question window asking you if you want to delete the server object. After deleting the domain controller allow an appropriate amount of time for the deletion to replicate throughout your forest. If the server is currently a domain controller this does not remove the ad ds role and instead switches to a validation results dialog with the offer to demote.

Please click on next. From the navigation tree on the left side of the console expand the forest name and select the domain controllers ou. Remove selected domain and then press enter.
To perform this task it is necessary to use the server manager. Type list sites and press enter. In some instances you may want to remove a domain controller dc from your domain because it is malfunctioning or you want to move it to an alternate server.
